🔧 Newly Uploaded TSBs – November & December 2025

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) added in the past two months.
DDTSB is growing again – this time with 221 brand-new TSBs and 130 updates, all based on real hotline cases and real-world diagnostics from workshops across Europe. Here are three strong, technically relevant examples from the new material.

Before we dive into the highlights, make sure you subscribe to our new DDTSB YouTube channel. We are now sharing short, practical videos that help mechanics understand real faults faster and stay updated on new TSBs.

Below are three strong and technically relevant examples from the newest uploads.

✅ PSA/Opel/Toyota BEV – Unable to enter READY mode, vehicle may shut down while driving (P0AA6, P0106A/E)
(Citroën e-Jumpy 2021 – 11 kW OBC)
Symptoms & fault codes:
• No READY mode, vehicle may stall while driving
• Frequent HV-related trouble codes: P0AA6 09, P0106A 09, P0106E 09
Diagnosis in practice:
• Parameter readings showed very low insulation resistance on the negative HV circuit (~2345 kΩ), while the positive side was around 60,000 kΩ.
• A megger test at the HV battery connector showed faults on both conductors, but the real reason was an internal coupling via the inverter/OBC, making it appear as if both sides were faulty.
• The actual fault was the HV cable between the inverter and onboard charger. The fault only appeared when the cable was physically moved – a classic pattern for internal cable wear.
🛠 Bulletin no. 12827

________________________________________
✅ Ford 2.0 EcoBlue – Lack of power, unable to exceed 2000 rpm (no fault codes)
(Ford S-MAX 2019)
Symptoms:
• Engine enters limp-home mode with no fault codes
• Cannot exceed approx. 2000 rpm
Diagnosis in practice:
• The fuel temperature sensor reported 124°C, even though the fuel was cold
• The ECU automatically limits power when fuel temperature is too high
• The sensor is integrated into the low-pressure supply hose – a common failure point
🛠 Bulletin no. 12522

________________________________________
✅ Tesla Model 3 – No power at trailer socket, trailer mode not activating

2025 is also the first year Tesla entered the Top 20 list of car brands most frequently generating hotline cases in our automotive support system. This reflects the rapid growth of Tesla vehicles in European workshops.

Symptoms:
• No lighting function on connected trailer
• Trailer mode icon does not appear
• No faults shown in service mode
Diagnosis in practice:
• Often caused by a shorted trailer module due to moisture/corrosion

• Measurements include:
• 12V VBAT
• LIN bus
• Ground
• Incorrect installation is frequently seen: missing spacer washer (min. 0.8 mm) can damage the module when tightening
