Jede davon basiert auf realen Erfahrungen aus der Werkstatt, Hotline-F\u00e4llen und Diagnosen vor Ort \u2013 und hilft damit Mechanikern auf der ganzen Welt <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1003\">schneller und intelligenter diagnostizieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1187\"><strong data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1023\">TSB Nr. 12000<\/strong> ist nicht nur eine Zahl. Das Auto lie\u00df sich nicht aufladen \u2013 doch die Ladeanzeige am Fahrzeug leuchtete auf. <strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1136\">gr\u00fcn<\/strong>, was anzeigte, dass der Ladevorgang begonnen hatte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1400\">Dieses gr\u00fcne Licht war ein wenig irref\u00fchrend. Obwohl ich versucht habe, <strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1262\">Laden mit 1-phasigem Wechselstrom, 3-phasigem Wechselstrom und Gleichstrom<\/strong>, und sogar Tests an verschiedenen Ladestationen (um Fehler im Stromnetz oder in der Infrastruktur auszuschlie\u00dfen), <strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1399\">Das Auto lie\u00df sich immer noch nicht aufladen.<\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3814 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging-500x282.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging-250x141.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Volkswagen-e-up-charging.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1451\">\ud83e\udde9 Fehlercodes \u2013 aber nicht das ganze Bild<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1500\">Die urspr\u00fcnglich im Fahrzeug gespeicherten Fehlercodes lauteten:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1691\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1598\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1598\"><strong data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1542\">008C: Hochspannungsbatterie (J840):<\/strong><br data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1545\" \/><code data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1598\">P0A8D00 \u2013 14-Volt-Leistungsmodul: Systemspannung zu niedrig<\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1691\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1691\"><strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1639\">00BD: Hochspannungsbatterieladung (J966):<\/strong><br data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1642\" \/><code data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1691\">P33F400 \u2013 Batterieladeger\u00e4t \u2013 Ereignisspeicher auslesen<\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1933\">Auf den ersten Blick bestand kein eindeutiger Zusammenhang zwischen diesen Faktoren und dem Symptom. Der Workshop h\u00e4tte leicht in die Irre gef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen und sich auf das Ladeger\u00e4t oder Kommunikationsprotokolle wie CP oder PP konzentrieren k\u00f6nnen. Doch Probleme beim Laden von Elektrofahrzeugen k\u00f6nnen tr\u00fcgerisch sein \u2013 und dieser Fall hat das bewiesen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1933\">Zun\u00e4chst einmal war die <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"775\">Position des Schalthebels<\/strong> wurde vermutet \u2014 ein <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"819\">H\u00e4ufiges Problem beim Laden<\/strong> dokumentiert in <strong data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"850\">TSB Nr. 8622<\/strong>. In diesem Fall ist das Laden nur m\u00f6glich, wenn die <strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"926\">Die Z\u00fcndung ist eingeschaltet<\/strong>, aufgrund eines defekten Gangwahlschalters. In diesem Fall jedoch, <strong data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1046\">Das Fahrzeug lud sich auch bei eingeschalteter Z\u00fcndung nicht auf.<\/strong>, was eindeutig darauf hindeutet, dass <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1100\">Das war nicht das Problem.<\/strong> hier.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1983\">\u26a0\ufe0f Ein pl\u00f6tzlicher Einbruch, der alles ver\u00e4nderte<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2189\">Bei der Probefahrt und der Durchf\u00fchrung weiterer Diagnosema\u00dfnahmen stellte die Werkstatt ein kritisches Symptom fest: <strong data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2159\">Der Ladezustand (SOC) der Batterie sank innerhalb eines Augenblicks von 95% auf 5%.<\/strong>. Sie deutete nicht auf den On-Board-Lader (OBC) hin, sondern auf <strong data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2367\">das Batteriemanagementsystem f\u00fcr Hochspannungsbatterien<\/strong>, insbesondere die <strong data-start=\"2386\" data-end=\"2407\">Steuereinheit J840<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2569\">\ud83d\udd0d Wichtige diagnostische Erkenntnis: Vergleich zwischen Zellspannung und Ladezustand (SOC)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2741\">Eins <strong data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2605\">Messung<\/strong> Was dazu beitrug, den Fehler zu best\u00e4tigen, war der Vergleich der <strong data-start=\"2654\" data-end=\"2697\">Zellspannung des Lithium-Ionen-Akkus<\/strong> an die <strong data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2740\">angezeigter Ladezustand (SOC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2743\" data-end=\"3015\">In diesem Fall, <strong data-start=\"2757\" data-end=\"2802\">Alle Zellen wiesen eine Spannung von 4,21 V auf.<\/strong>, das in der N\u00e4he des <strong data-start=\"2826\" data-end=\"2850\">maximaler Ladezustand<\/strong> f\u00fcr Lithiumzellen. Bei diesem Spannungspegel h\u00e4tte der Ladezustand (SOC) anzeigen m\u00fcssen <strong data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2941\">mindestens 95\u2013100%<\/strong>. Der tats\u00e4chlich angezeigte SOC-Wert betrug jedoch nur <strong data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"2993\">11.2%<\/strong> \u2014 ein massives Missverh\u00e4ltnis.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3818\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3818\" style=\"width: 212px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3818\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data-212x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data-8x12.jpg 8w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data-353x500.jpg 353w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data-177x250.jpg 177w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tester-live-data.jpg 527w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3818\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Live-Daten des Testers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3228\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3019\" data-end=\"3228\">Diese Diskrepanz ist ein deutlicher Hinweis darauf, dass die Batteriesteuereinheit J840 einen internen Fehler aufwies und den Ladezustand (SOC) nicht mehr korrekt berechnen konnte. Dieser f\u00e4lschlicherweise zu niedrig angezeigte Ladezustand verhinderte, dass der Ladevorgang gestartet wurde.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3287\">\ud83d\udcf8 Best\u00e4tigung des Standbilds \u2013 Geringe Liefermenge an J840<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3479\">Ein weiteres wichtiges Beweisst\u00fcck stammte von <strong data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3380\">Stichtagdaten, die zum Zeitpunkt des DTC-Setzens erfasst wurden<\/strong>. Daraus ging hervor, dass die <strong data-start=\"3401\" data-end=\"3453\">Die 12-V-Versorgung des J840-Moduls ist auf nur noch 8 V gesunken<\/strong> zum Zeitpunkt des Fehlers.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3819\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3819\" style=\"width: 211px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3819\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data-211x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"211\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data-211x300.jpg 211w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data-8x12.jpg 8w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data-352x500.jpg 352w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data-176x250.jpg 176w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/freeze-frame-data.jpg 527w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 211px) 100vw, 211px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Standbilddaten<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3481\" data-end=\"3691\">Extern wurde die Versorgungsspannung mit Multimetern und Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4ten bei normalen 12 V gemessen \u2013 intern wurde an J840 jedoch eine reduzierte Spannung festgestellt, was h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich auf einen internen Fehler in der Steuereinheit selbst zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren war.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3817\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3817\" style=\"width: 212px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3817\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector-212x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector-8x12.jpg 8w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector-353x500.jpg 353w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector-176x250.jpg 176w, https:\/\/www.diagnosedan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/battery-pack-low-voltage-connector.jpg 528w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3817\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Anschluss f\u00fcr niedrigen Ladezustand des Akkus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3728\">\ud83d\udd27 Reparatur und Fernprogrammierung<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3948\">Aufgrund dieser Erkenntnisse baute die Werkstatt die Hochspannungsbatterie (unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorkehrungen) aus und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfte die Verkabelung sowie die Steckverbindungen \u2013 alle Tests verliefen einwandfrei. Damit wurde best\u00e4tigt, dass das Problem auf das J840-Modul beschr\u00e4nkt war.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3950\" data-end=\"4159\">Das J840-Ger\u00e4t wurde ausgetauscht und erfolgreich programmiert \u00fcber <strong data-start=\"4004\" data-end=\"4047\">Der Fernprogrammierungsservice von Elektro Partner<\/strong>, erh\u00e4ltlich in Skandinavien. Nach der Programmierung lie\u00df sich das Fahrzeug sofort wieder aufladen \u2013 Fehler behoben.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"4166\" data-end=\"4214\">\ud83e\udde0 Erkenntnisse: Erst die Symptome, dann die Codes<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4216\" data-end=\"4487\">Dieser Fall ist ein Paradebeispiel daf\u00fcr, warum <strong data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"245\">Die Fehlerdiagnose bei modernen Elektrofahrzeugen erfordert mehr als nur das Auslesen von Fehlercodes.<\/strong>. Der eigentliche Anhaltspunkt stammte nicht aus den Codes selbst \u2013 er stammte aus dem <strong data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"371\">Standbilddaten in Verbindung mit den beobachteten Symptomen<\/strong>, insbesondere die <strong data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"433\">pl\u00f6tzlicher Abfall des Ladezustands (SOC) der Hochspannungsbatterie<\/strong> und die <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"515\">Abweichung zwischen der tats\u00e4chlichen Zellspannung und dem angezeigten Ladezustand<\/strong>.
